FAQ/Frequently Asked Questions
Below we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. See if you can find the answers to your questions before you get in touch!

How do the conversations take place?
The calls take place over Google Meet, a digital and free platform that allows video calls. This makes it possible for you to book a call anytime and anywhere, regardless of your location!

What can I expect from a conversation with Elias?
The conversation is 100% about you. We start by mapping out where you stand, what limits you right now, and where you want to be. I ask questions that make you think deeper, and together we break down what is actually going on – beneath the surface.
Expect me to give you concrete feedback, practical advice, and tools you can use right away. We're not just going to talk – we're going to get something out of it that you can go out and use in your life directly.
I will also help you understand how your brain and nervous system actually work, so you understand why you think and feel the way you do. This gives you the power to break old patterns and create new, strong habits.
And one more thing: Everything you share will be met with understanding and zero judgment. This is a space where you can be completely honest. I am here to listen, challenge, and help you take the next step.

How many hours are expected to achieve results?
Many people experience new insights and concrete tools after the first conversation. Some only need one to two conversations to get a “wake-up call” and initiate a change process themselves.
But if you really want to create lasting change, break old patterns, and build new habits, I recommend working together over time. Several hours, spread out over several weeks, produce the best and most stable results. It gives us time to:
- Understand where your challenges actually lie.
- Make a concrete plan for how you will work through them.
- Follow up along the way, adjust, and make sure you stay on track.
Think of it like physical exercise – you can get a good session in one day, but the really big results come from continuity and follow-through.
That said, you set the pace. My goal is always to get you results as quickly as possible – without us going too fast and skipping the important stuff.

What can we talk about and what can't we?
I have created this service with the title of conversation partner or coach if you will. The reason for that is because I am in the middle of studying psychology, which means that I am not a clinical psychologist yet. That means that I cannot make diagnoses, and I am not fully educated.
When you choose me as a conversation partner, it is because you have seen me on social media and you feel that my rhetoric appeals to you. I know a lot about the subject, but I am not yet authorized to make diagnoses.
This is an offer to have someone to talk to, someone who is passionate about the subject, who studies it actively both at school, but also in practice via courses and teaching by other recognized names. And if you feel my rhetoric, as well as my video content, resonate with you, then we are probably a good match.
We can talk about:
- Depression / sadness
- Fear / Anxiety
- Attachment patterns
- Relational difficulties
- Self-image
- Heartbreak
- Grief
- Other / Life's challenges
What can't we talk about?:
If you have serious or complex diagnoses such as borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or severe PTSD, it is something that needs to be handled by authorized health professionals – psychologists or psychiatrists with the right specialization. This often involves in-depth therapy, perhaps medical follow-up, and a different treatment plan than what I offer.
NB!:
If we discover along the way that there are things I cannot help you with, I am completely open to that, and I would recommend that you seek professional help. Safety and respect for your needs are always most important to me.
What I can offer is an honest space where we talk about life's challenges, give you practical tools, and work together to make you stronger mentally, more focused, and better equipped to take action in your own life.

Who are the conversations suitable for?
Who is the conversation with me suitable for?
The conversations with me are suitable for those of you who are ready to take more responsibility in your own life, but perhaps need an honest look from the outside to get started - or move forward.
- You who feel stuck, whether it comes to motivation, self-esteem, studies, work or relationships, and need clarity and concrete tools to break out of old patterns.
- You who want to develop a stronger mindset, become more mentally robust, build discipline and do what you know you should do – but which may feel difficult right now.
- You who want to understand yourself better, how your thoughts work, and why you react the way you do, so you can take more control over your own actions and choices.
- Those of you who have seen my content on social media, recognize the way I think, and feel that what I say resonates with you – and who now want to work more directly and personally with me.
The conversations are suitable for those who want practical, honest guidance – not therapy or treatment for mental illness. But if you are ready to take action, build mental strength and have a conversation partner who gives you clear, concrete feedback – then I am here.

Where do I study?
Many people have asked where I study psychology.
I attend ONH - Oslo Nye Høyskole - and am currently doing a bachelor's degree in psychology. After completing my bachelor's degree, I will have the opportunity to qualify abroad to pursue professional studies in, for example, Denmark. That way, I can become a psychologist, but I can also choose to continue in Norway with a master's and then a doctorate instead. I have not yet decided which direction I choose to take, as I find both paths exciting. I chose to start the psychology study in the fall of 2024, as I spent the years before this building up my limited company. I wanted a stable and secure economy before I embarked on my studies. Now that my company is doing well, I finally have time to study. Many have questioned why I chose to start the study a couple of years after I could normally start, well - this is the reason.
